The easiest corn recipe e.v.e.r.
And it sounds so freakin' delicious. 

Cream Cheese Corn

1 pound of corn {fresh or thawed}
1 tablespoon butter
3 oz of cream cheese {low fat}
Red pepper flakes

In a medium saucepan, combine corn, butter and cream cheese. 
When it is heated through and cream cheese is melted season with pepper and red pepper flakes. 


Did I not tell you this is the easiest recipe of life? I am definitely going to be trying this out soon too.
