::golden:globes::

I am sure that many of you tuned in last night to watch the 2011 Golden Globes {especially over football, lol}. I didn't think I was going to make it through the entire thing and I usually don't watch award shows but my boyfriend and I had nothing much else to do last night so we crashed on the couch and watched to the end.
I love seeing what the starlets wear to these award shows...isn't that the only reason people watch this stuff? Lol.
And of course, our celebs fulfilled their promise of glamour and lavishness with some of the most stunning gowns seen on the red carpet to date.
I love how it doesn't have to be Oscar night anymore to dress like a princess.

  7. My favorite was Anne Hathaway - I loved the return of long sleeves. It's such a nice breather from all the strapless that has been everywhere for the last couple of years! Hathaway just looked fresh and elegant and dripping in amber sequins! Love!

  8. That is true. Good point.
    Long sleeves are back in.
    And Anne Hathaway looked pretty sultry considering she was completely covered up.

    Catherine Zeta Jones looked like royalty as always as well.

    Emma Stone looked a liiiittle like a creamsicle. But it worked. Lol!

  15. Angelina Jolie looks amazing. I love her. Especially with the whole long sleeved dress like Vanessa said.
    She is beautiful as always. The lipgloss fiasco during DeNiro's speech peeved me.

    Lea Michele. Don't like her. At all. But she did look stunning.

    And again. UGH! OLIVIA!!! Lol!

  16. I loved Angelina and I am not a regular fan of her looks. It seems like Olive Wilde didn´t see that her Louboutin didn´t match with her outfit.. She was really in love of her shoes (which I think are AWESOM but not for that dress).

  19. I switched back and forth between football and the Golden Globes, it annoyed the hell out of my boyfriend. However I thought Olivia Wilde had the best look of the evening. She took a chance and it ended up looking fabulous!

  21. I loved Lea Michele's pink number - so girly! but Anne Hathaway and January Jones won here hands down. Both those ladies looked powerfully sensual in their very different dresses and blew the others away.

    Thanks for visiting my blog :)

  27. I know it might sound a little lofty coming from me. But I don't think there's a truly gorgeous dress on this year's Grammy. Seriously!
