::johnny:garlics::

When I was in California I was lucky enough to go to Guy Fieri's restaurant in Roseville.
I had been wanting to go for forever and was excited as anything to try out the food. It was pretty good! The restaurant was designed quite nicely with flames as a motif for the decor and there was obviously a lot of Guy Fieri stuff as well.
I got smoked apple bacon wrapped prawns {shrimp} with seasonal veggies {broccoli} and these AMAZZZZING mashed potatoes.
These potatoes are so good my mouth is water just thinking about them.
What's even better - is that I was able to find the recipe for them on the Food Network website - how lucky are we!?
You definitely need to try these potatoes. They are seriously beyond delicious!

Bon Appetit!

Prep Time: 25 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Yield: About 8 to 10 servings
Level: Easy

Ingredients
5 pounds potatoes, Yukon gold, washed and cut in 2 to 3-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons freshly minced rosemary leaves
1/2 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup chives

Directions
Add cut potatoes into a large pot and cover by about 1-inch cold water. Place over medium heat and simmer {do not boil} potatoes for 15 minutes or until fork tender.

Strain potatoes from pot, and set aside. In same pot add oil, garlic and rosemary. Lightly saute over medium heat. When slightly browned, add potatoes back to the pot, and mix with garlic and rosemary.

Remove from heat, add milk, salt and pepper, and mash with potato masher. Garnish with chives.

Definitely an easy recipe and one that is beyond worth it to try.
Let me know what you guys think! :)
